1 teaspoon ground mace
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon sugar
Salt to taste
- In a large frying pan over medium heat, heat the nuts -no oil- until they're golden, stirring from time to time. It will take about 5 minutes. Add the spices, sugar and salt, stir well to combine and remove from the heat. Let the nuts dry on a baking sheet.
