Atkins Breakfast Menu : Cube 1 cup ham, beat 3 eggs and with a dash of red chili powder. Heat a skillet and brown the ham in a bit of butter. Add the eggs and scramble. Add 1/4c shredded cheddar. Stir in and then wrap all this in a large lettuce leaf.
